Employees are eligible for vacation according to the following schedule. Vacation hours do not carry over and must be used during the year. For additional details in compensated time off, refer to the employee handbook.
|3 days per year
||First January after hire date if hired between September 1st and December 31st.
|4 days per year
||First January after hire date if hired between May 1st and August 31st.
|5 days per year
||First January after hire date if hired between January 1st and April 30th.
|5 days per year
||Second January after hire date.
|10 days per year
||Starting the third January after hire date and every year until the ninth January.
|15 days per year
||Starting the tenth January after hire date.
Paid Time Off
Employees have three PTO days per year starting the first January after the employee's hire date and every following January thereafter.
Days of Service
All full-time employees are eligible to receive a compensated day off to volunteer at a registered non-profit organization. Stephen Wade employees wanting to take advantage of this compensated day off must, at least two weeks prior to the day of service:
- Submit a request for approval through Paycom or Paylocity, depending on the software used for payroll at your location. You can find it under the Time-off Request.

For a service day to be compensated as a paid day off, you must volunteer a minimum of two hours, have it approved before it takes place, and have the paid accrual available. Employees are eligible to one service day with compensation per calendar year.
